Jeanine M. Hawkins

was a real estate agent in Northeastern Ohio for 6 years, before relocating to North Texas in 2008.  Having been a successful commercial agent, she now serves as administrative assistant for the Century 21 Judge Fite Commercial Division and is pursuing her Texas real estate license.

Her strengths are her communication, research and computer skills.   And, Jeanine is also very experienced in dealing with property valuations and the intricacies of short sales, foreclosures and REO properties.  She is a trained loss mitigation specialist and is experienced in loan modification.  She has worked with CitiFinancial, Litton Loan Servicing and many other national lenders on pre-foreclosure projects and marketing bank-owned properties.

She has also handled retail leasing and has represented shopping center landlords and tenants, including national tenants Curves and PayDay Cash Advance.

Jeanine lives in Grayson County where she and her husband manage a horse farm.
