Roman Palomares

Roman Palomares brings more than 30 years of Housing and Banking experience to the Commercial Division of the Century 21 Judge Fite Company.  He is focusing his commercial efforts in the Ft Worth and Tarrant County area, where he resides.  In addition to working Commercial sales, Roman has also joined the Judge Fite Retail Leasing Team engaging in tenant representation as well as representing landlords in leasing retail and office buildings. 

He is an accomplished Federal Executive & Washington Fellow who retired from the Federal Government in 2004 with approximately 40 years of Federal service.  As a Washington Fellow, he earned his Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, Washington, D.C. Public Affairs Center. With HUD, he had more than 28 years of progressive experience in directing, administering and coordinating housing programs for 300 local communities working directly with Housing Agency Directors, City Managers, Mayors, Council of Governments and State and local elected officials

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Surety National Bank in Ft Worth, Texas from 2006 through 2008.   As a member of the Board of Directors he chaired the Compliance Committee and was involved in the approval all high dollar commercial loans.

Roman currently serves on the Board of the Ft Worth Airpower Council & Foundation, a nonprofit organization serving the needs of military families. He also serves as Chairman of the LULAC National Education Service Centers (LNESC), a National education foundation whose mission is to educate and prepare America’s future workforce through intensive educational programming and leadership development training.
