John Day has been with Century 21 Judge Fite since 2007.   

 

As a member of the commercial team he handles retail leasing and tenant representation, land acquisition and development and also business and property sales.  He has experience in a variety of different services in the commercial real estate marketplace. 

Previous to his career in Commercial Real Estate, John had a career in the restaurant business.  For the last ten years he has been buying, selling and operating quick service restaurants throughout the Dallas Metroplex.  Through successful implementation of a great business plan and good quality customer service John was able to have a rewarding career as a restaurateur.   Through his experiences in the service industry he realized that the key to success is hard work, consistency and perseverance. 

He has been able to take his extensive knowledge gained through his own past experiences and translate that into an ability to effectively serve his clients.   With an extensive knowledge of retail properties throughout the Dallas and Collin County markets John is able to effectively direct his clients and provide the service that they need and desire. 

John is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Collin County Association of Realtors.  These memberships provide him access to all information necessary to be a successful commercial agent.
