Daniel Olivas is a licensed commercial real estate professional who brings a unique background into his real estate practice. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Daniel started his career in critical and emergency care. Wanting to make more of a difference in the healthcare field, he earned his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and subsequently held various corporate positions in a large integrated healthcare system. In 2009, he started a proprietary investment firm. Through that experience, he added real estate to the firm’s portfolio. Because of his firm’s success, he decided to help others also achieve success through commercial real estate.
Focusing primarily on the healthcare sector – specifically providers – Daniel brings clinical, financial, and technical experience to provide a perspective not found in most real estate professionals. Using that perspective to build effective business relationships based on serving others allows him to develop mutually beneficial transactions regardless of their complexity.
As healthcare treatment models change in response to the Affordable Care Act, the traditional medical office will face headwinds in the marketplace in terms of providing efficient care. Daniel understands how new, more efficient business models resulting from those changes will affect building design and branding of outpatient services. Whether his client’s interest in buying, leasing, selling, or investing in property, he serves individual providers and hospital systems alike with commitment and integrity.
