Noelle Brisson is a licensed commercial real estate professional who brings a diverse 30-year track record, well-recognized certifications, and a commitment to satisfied clients into her practice. After her MA from Sciences-Po Paris, France, a post-MA from the Paris Institute of Urban Planning, and a diploma from the Real Estate (now Schack) Institute of New York University where she taught “Market research, due diligence and feasibility analysis” for many years, she developed an international career in commercial real estate and held senior corporate and consulting roles in underwriting, investment, and asset management. She has conducted significant advisory and transactional debt and equity assignments on behalf of employers or clients including at Bank of America, Security Pacific Bank, EY, the World Bank, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Standard & Poor’s, and Blackrock.
Her financial focus for large employers or portfolios has shifted to helping clients make the right real estate decisions for their business, particularly with office buildings, hotels, and land. Noelle promotes the importance of reliable data to understand the markets and align clients’ real estate needs with their business practices or financial objectives.
Over recent years, she has developed expertise in managing cyber-risks in smart commercial buildings and homes.
Her real estate professional designations include MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute), and FRICS (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). She serves as a member of the RICS-Americas, and the North Texas Congress for New Urbanism boards
